IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Parents,
This is to inform all parents that the Accounts Department fee collection counter will close daily at 1:00 PM. Therefore, you are requested to complete all fee-related transactions within the stipulated time.
If any parent makes a fee payment through UPI, bank transfer, or the school's website, kindly share the payment receipt/screenshot on the school's WhatsApp number immediately after the transaction is completed so that the payment can be updated in the school's records on time.
Parents whose fees for the current academic session are still outstanding are requested to clear their dues at the earliest. Maintaining updated fee records is essential for the smooth communication of important school information. In case the fee remains unpaid for an extended period, the concerned parent may be removed from the school's WhatsApp group, which may result in difficulty receiving important notices and updates.
If any parent is facing personal or financial difficulties, they may submit a written application to the Accounts Section explaining their situation. The application should clearly mention the expected timeline within which the outstanding fees will be paid, so that the school may consider the matter accordingly.

समस्त अभिभावकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि विद्यालय के लेखा (अकाउंट) विभाग का शुल्क जमा करने हेतु काउंटर प्रतिदिन दोपहर 1:00 बजे बंद कर दिया जाएगा। अतः कृपया शुल्क संबंधी सभी कार्य निर्धारित समय के भीतर पूर्ण करें।
यदि किसी अभिभावक द्वारा UPI, बैंक ट्रांसफर अथवा विद्यालय की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से शुल्क जमा किया जाता है, तो भुगतान सफल होने के पश्चात उसकी रसीद/स्क्रीनशॉट विद्यालय के व्हाट्सएप नंबर पर अवश्य साझा करें, ताकि शुल्क का विवरण समय पर विद्यालय के अभिलेखों में दर्ज किया जा सके।
साथ ही जिन विद्यार्थियों की वर्तमान शैक्षणिक सत्र की शुल्क राशि अभी तक बकाया है, उनसे अनुरोध है कि वे अपना शुल्क यथाशीघ्र जमा करें। विद्यालय की महत्वपूर्ण सूचनाओं के सुचारु संप्रेषण हेतु शुल्क संबंधी अभिलेख अद्यतन रखना आवश्यक है। यदि शुल्क लंबे समय तक बकाया रहता है, तो संबंधित अभिभावकों को विद्यालय के व्हाट्सएप समूह से हटाया जा सकता है, जिसके कारण आवश्यक सूचनाएं प्राप्त करने में असुविधा हो सकती है।
यदि किसी अभिभावक को किसी प्रकार की व्यक्तिगत अथवा आर्थिक कठिनाई है, तो वे अपनी स्थिति का उल्लेख करते हुए एक लिखित आवेदन अकाउंट सेक्शन में जमा करें। आवेदन में यह स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करें कि बकाया शुल्क कितने समय में जमा किया जाएगा, ताकि विद्यालय आवश्यक विचार कर सके।
विद्यालय को आपके सहयोग एवं समयबद्ध अनुपालन की अपेक्षा है।
